With the arrival of the August birthday celebration, Spark brought together its employees for a warm and memorable birthday celebration.
More than a birthday gathering, the event was a moment to pause from our daily work, connect with one another, and recognize the people whose dedication and contribution continue to shape Spark today. Over a shared meal, music, performances, and heartfelt conversations, colleagues came together to enjoy a relaxed and meaningful evening as one team.
A Celebration of Our People
The celebration opened in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as colleagues gathered around the table and exchanged conversations beyond their daily work.
Company leaders shared their sincere birthday wishes with the August birthday celebrants and expressed appreciation for the dedication and contribution of every employee. Their message was simple yet meaningful: every individual plays an important role in Spark's continued growth, and our progress is built through working together toward a common goal.
Welcoming New Members to the Spark Family
The celebration also welcomed our new colleagues.Through brief introductions and conversations, new employees had the opportunity to get to know their teammates and become part of the Spark family. For us, welcoming new talent is not simply about joining a company—it is about becoming part of a team with shared values, shared goals, and a shared vision for the future.
A group photo captured the moment, bringing together both long-standing employees and new members of the team.
Celebrating Talent, Energy and Team Spirit
Away from their everyday roles, Spark employees stepped into the spotlight with a series of talent performances.
From music and performances to interactive activities, the evening was filled with energy and enthusiasm. Colleagues showcased their talents, shared laughter, and created memorable moments together.
These moments offered more than entertainment. They reflected the openness, creativity, and vitality that define the Spark team—qualities that continue to inspire us both inside and outside the workplace.
Recognizing Growth and Excellence
The celebration was also an opportunity to recognize progress and achievement.
The company announced the employees who were promoted this month, acknowledging their growth and commitment while encouraging them to take on new responsibilities and continue developing alongside the organization.
An outstanding team recognition ceremony was also held, with bonuses presented to the winning teams. The recognition highlighted the importance of collaboration, dedication, and consistent performance, while encouraging every member of the Spark team to pursue excellence.
At Spark, we believe that progress should be recognized, and that every achievement—big or small—contributes to the strength of the organization.
Together, We Move Forward
For a company with more than two decades of experience in the lighting industry, we understand that sustainable growth is not built by technology alone. It is built by people—their expertise, commitment, creativity, and belief in what we can achieve together.
Founded in 2000, Spark is one of the early pioneers of China's LED lighting industry. As a national high-tech enterprise and a well-known lighting brand in Shenzhen, Spark focuses on LED road lighting, solar lighting, rail transit lighting, smart poles, and intelligent urban lighting systems.
With a CNAS-accredited photonics laboratory, provincial- and ministerial-level engineering centers, and a municipal lighting technology research institute, Spark continues to invest in technological innovation and industry development. Over the years, the company has received numerous provincial and municipal technical awards and has continued to contribute to innovation across the lighting industry.
Behind every product, every project, and every innovation is a team of people moving forward together.
To our long-standing colleagues, thank you for growing with us.
To our newest members, welcome to the Spark family.
And to every member of Spark Optoelectronics, thank you for being part of the journey.
Together, we pursue light. Together, we build what comes next.
